Sara is a Principal Product Manager and author who creates meaningful, user-centered products. She has a deep appreciation for languages, cultures, and psychology, which drives her to understand what shapes us and how we grow. Throughout her career, Sara has been motivated by empowering others to reach their full potential and discover their own unique strengths - inspired by Marianne Williamson’s idea that we are all so much more capable than we think and as we let our own light shine, we give others permission to do the same.

As a speaker, Sara has presented on a wide range of topics including thought leadership, Scrum, product management, marketing, and literature. She has shared her insights with audiences of thousands, inspiring and educating professionals across industries through practical wisdom and human-centered perspectives.

In addition to her work as a speaker, Sara is a trained vocalist and has performed the National Anthem at sporting and community events throughout Colorado bringing the same presence, intention, and authenticity to every audience.
